There are not many unique, attractive, and robust pipe tampers out there, despite the technology being there! 
 
This started off as a joke between friends, but I think the tamper is silly and attractive enough to serve as a statement piece in any smoker's collection. Plus, the shape is unusually comfortable, and the whole thing is tough enough to shove in a pocket and forget about!
