Snuff bottles are the original tobacco EDC. For centuries, the Chinese snuff bottle (鼻烟壶, bíyānhú) was the way to carry nasal tobacco — discreet, sealed against humidity, and elegant enough to sit on a desk between pinches. I've reimagined the form for the modern snuff taker, with a matching scoop applicator, a secure stopper, and a hand-finished metallic surface that looks like it came out of an antique drawer rather than a workshop.
Each bottle ships with a slim scoop dipper sized to the bottle's neck — twist the stopper, take a clean pinch off the scoop, and seat it back. No separate spoon to lose, no spills, no wrestling with vacuum-sealed tins. The chamber is wide enough to handle fine and coarse snuffs alike — toasts, schmalzlers, Indians, whatever you carry — and the seal is snug enough to keep moisture out and aroma in. Every stopper is fit-checked by hand so it sits tight on the first try but still opens easily; pieces that don't pass the check don't get sold.

CUSTOMIZATION The standard listing comes in your choice of shape and finish, with a clean face — no character. Excellent if you want a piece that lets the form and finish speak for itself. The Custom Engraved version lets you specify a character, monogram, initials, or short text inlaid in a contrasting color of your choice — red, gold, white, or matched to the body. The pictured 烟 character means "smoke / tobacco" — a popular choice — but anything legible works: 鼻烟 (nasal snuff), your initials, a family crest letter, or a short word. Custom orders take an extra 2–3 business days for design and printing. Simple embossing also available on request.
Just leave a note at checkout with: shape, finish, and (if engraved) the character/text and inlay color.
